Latest Arsenal Premier League title odds as Gunners move clear of Man City with perfect record

Arsenal have jumped to third favourites to win the Premier League title by the bookmakers this weekend, following their impressive start to the season. The Gunners remain the only side to keep a 100 per cent win record after three games in the league, earning nine points from a possible nine in impressive fashion.

The latest came in a 3-0 win away at Bournemouth, where a Martin Odegaard brace and a sweet strike from William Saliba earned yet another scalp for Mikel Arteta. Discussing the result and performance, the manager said: "I am very happy. It's really difficult to come here and win 3-0. Credit to the boys for the way we played.

"It's not easy, and we have good proof from when they played Villa how different the game was and how different the game became in the second half. Really pleased, and at the same time, we have to look out for ourselves, and there are many areas where we can get better."

It marks a drastic improvement upon the last campaign's start, where they lost all of their opening three games to sit bottom of the Premier League. A number of impressive additions to the squad, along with the overall performance of last year, has led to many tipping them to be involved in the title race.

Among those believing there's a chance for a challenge, this season are Patrick Vieira, Scott Parker and Brazil icon Ronaldinho. While their toughest challenges are yet to come, the start to this season has reflected in the bookmaker's odds for the title race.

William Hill currently have the Gunners as third favourites at 12/1, with north London rivals Tottenham also offered the same odds. Manchester City are still heavily fancied at 2/5, while Liverpool are second at 4/1, with Chelsea occupying fifth at 22/1.

It remains to be seen exactly how the season will play out, but it could prove to be a successful campaign for the Gunners if it plays out like the odds on offer.
