Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has confirmed Oleksandr Zinchenko and Gabriel Martinelli have played their last games this season.
Zinchenko and Martinelli will miss Saturday's game at Nottingham Forest and the match against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday week as the campaign draws to a close. Four players are due to miss the trip to Forest with Zinchenko and Martinelli, out with calf and ankle injuries respectively, joining Takehiro Tomiyasu and Mohamed Elneny on the sidelines.
Tomiyasu has been out since March with a knee injury while Elneny had to undergo surgery on a knee injury of his own in January. With the Premier League title race all-but over, Arteta will be hoping to make it through to the end of the season without picking up any more injury worries.

Martinelli had to be substituted from the 3-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion early on after a tackle from Moises Caicedo. Caicedo did express regret at the tackle that hurt young player of the year nominee Martinelli, writing on social media platform Twitter: "If I could turn back time I wouldn't have made that bad tackle."
Arteta, though, has had to deal with the aftermath of a 'nasty' injury. "Gabi's is a pretty nasty injury, we need to assess in the next week how long he'll be out for," Arteta said.
Meanwhile, Forest, who have been afflicted with injury woes pretty much all season, could welcome back Emmanuel Dennis for the Arsenal game. Dennis is back in training after missing the last two games through injury while January signing Gustavo Scarpa looks set to miss out.
"Dennis is back in full training and looks good, which is good," Reds boss Steve Cooper said. "Scarpa is not so fortunate, he has picked up a little recurrence with his calf, so he's not been with us for the last few days."
