RTE Late Late Show viewers were have praised Hilary Clinton for her support of peace in Northern Ireland, with some fans wondering if she might run for US president again.
On Friday night's show, Clinton met Ryan Tubridy in Belfast for the interview and she spoke about the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement, her thoughts on Donald Trump's indictment, and her daughter Chelsea's delight on appearing in hit tv show Derry Girls.
Speaking to Ryan during the interview, Clinton discussed her former political rival Donald Trump, saying that she "takes no joy" in his indictment.

She said: "I take no joy personal or political on what is happening to him, because it's a really sad reflection on our country and democracy that someone with his attitudes, his behaviour, his beliefs and record would be running for president again."
Clinton also praised the "hard work" that has taken place in Northern Ireland to make it a more peaceful place for all. Clinton, who is the first female Chancellor at Queen's University Belfast, said of the peace process in Northern Ireland: "I get to see and play a role in how it changes from a violent place that stunted peoples' growth to a place that is now so much more open and inviting.
"It's exciting. Queen's University Belfast is a great university."
When asked about Joe Biden's recent visit to Ireland, Clinton confirmed that she would be "100% behind him" if he decided to run for a second term in office. Meanwhile, Clinton also recalled meeting Russian leader Vladimir Putin who she described as a "cold-blooded killer" and said that she firmly supports the people of Ukraine.
Clinton also hailed Derry Girls as a "brilliant show" and that her daughter Chelsea really enjoyed taking part in the show's final season.
Fans flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts on the Former US Secretary of State's appearance on the show. One person commented: "So good to see Hillary Clinton getting the platform she deserves, Ryan has a great chemistry with her."
A second added: "Could Hilary please run for US presidency again in 2024 against Trump?" A third said: "What an iconic lady. I wonder what the world would have been like if she'd become president instead of Trump."
