Budget airline easyJet has cancelled a number of flights both leaving and arriving at Liverpool John Lennon Airport following further disruption.
The airline cancelled three incoming flights. Two, from Faro, Portugal were due to arrive at 2.15am and 1.20pm today before they were axed. Another flight arriving from Amsterdam at 5.25pm was also cancelled.

Two flights departing Liverpool airport, leaving for Faro at 7am and Amsterdam at 2.15pm, were also cancelled. EasyJet has since apologised for any disruption caused to passengers, with the company stating that each customer has been notified.
An easyJet spokeswoman told the ECHO: "We’re sorry that a number of flights to and from Liverpool today have been cancelled. We have notified customers of their options to rebook or receive a refund and are providing hotel accommodation and meals where required.
"Nonetheless we fully understand the disruption this will have caused to their plans and we are very sorry for this."
