Expanding Lincolnshire digital agency Laser Red has partnered with a high-growth North East e-commerce platform.
Aero Commerce has handled £100 million of online retail transactions in a first 12 months of trading, with performance and flexibility proving a big attraction for Laser Red - now in its second quarter of a century serving clients.
It witnessed previously unprecedented growth itself in 2021 as the Grimsby firm absorbed Spiral Media in an acquisition that saw a Lincoln office added.

Since then it has added seven further team members and is in the midst of repeating the recruitment haul.
Liam O’Leary, managing director at Laser Red said: “The partnership with Aero Commerce is truly exciting. Ecommerce has become such an important part of life over the last 24 months, we are thrilled to be adding a new platform for our ever-growing client base.”
Laser Red is now just one of just 60 UK partner agencies, which integrate the Aero platform into websites, and the only one in the whole of Lincolnshire.
“Aero Commerce will join our growing list of services and expertise alongside Magento and Wordpress, ensuring we have the perfect solution to fit any business needs, Mr O’Leary said.
The team, headquartered at The Enterprise Village, has just developed and launched its flagship Aero Commerce website for international children's shoe retailer; Dotty Fish.
The new website has brought speed and performance, as well as incredible visual appeal, according to Laser Red, with the platform welcomed by the 10 developers.
“Combining our inhouse expertise and 6-star service with this high-performance e-commerce platform is an opportunity for further growth for our Lincolnshire based Firm,” Mr O’Leary said.
Aero Commerce is based in Middlesbrough and already works with Click in Hessle, as well as three in Leeds, two in York and a further agency in Bradford in the Yorkshire and Humber region.
"It is fantastic to welcome Laser Red to our agency partner network and to have an agency of their calibre working with us is truly a testament as to how far Aero has come as an e-commerce platform,” chief strategy officer Robert Cooper said.
“We look forward to working with the Laser Red team on projects in the future including some already exciting ones currently in the pipeline.”
