Tiernan Lynch insists he will never get carried away with public back slaps or individual recognition.
The Larne boss is dreaming of history with his side leading the way in the Irish Premiership title race and into the semi-finals of the Irish Cup.
They hold a six-point lead with just eight games remaining this season, with their next instalment a massive showdown with champions Linfield on Tuesday night.

Larne excelled during February, leading to Lynch being named the Reavey Solicitors Manager of the Month by the Northern Ireland Football Writers’ Association.
The Inver Reds finished February unbeaten, with league wins over Glenavon, Dungannon Swifts, Cliftonville, Ballymena United and Carrick Rangers. They also knocked Linfield out of the Irish Cup.
Lynch described winning the award - his fifth as manager - as an "honour", but was quick to deflect any praise onto his squad and backroom staff.
He said: “It’s an honour to collect this award. I’d like to thank the Football Writers’ and their sponsors Reavey Solicitors.
“However, the award isn’t just about me. It’s an award won by all the staff and the players.
“Thankfully, things like individual awards don't phase me. I’m not the sort of person to get carried away. Sometimes I get very low after a defeat, but I never get carried away after success.
“We will keep our cool and focus on the games ahead, because there is still plenty of football to be played.”
