Larkhall residents still have time to give their views on a new leisure centre in the area.
They have until Friday (March 18) to give feedback on how the new centre should look.
The council is looking to engage the community in further decision making and planning for the new centre.
The amount of money the council can spend on the new facility is limited by the amount of funding available.
Currently the council has £9m for the leisure centre which is made up of £6m of council funding set aside at the end of 2020 to 2021 and £3m from the Glasgow City Region City Deal.
The council has been working closely with architects and engineers to develop options for various types of facilities to put the £9m allocation for this project into context.
Options include a swimming pool only with changing facilities – which is estimated at £10m, swimming and a fitness gym would be £15m and a fitness gym only would be £8m.
A range of locations for the new centre are also being considered, for example the existing leisure centre site in Larkhall, and the area adjacent to the current site is an option as well as the site adjacent to Larkhall Academy.
The building will be designed to be carbon neutral to meet future climate change and sustainable energy targets.
