A large fire has broken out at a Scots industrial estate, with fire crews battling the blaze.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the incident at Creed Enterprise Park in Stornoway near the A859 this afternoon, Saturday June 25.
Footage from the fire shows thick black smoke billowing out over the fields in the area above the skyline.
Police issued a statement advising local motorists in Stornoway to avoid the area.
A police spokesperson said: "Police and emergency services are currently in attendance at a fire at the Creed Enterprise Park, Lochs Road, Stornoway.
"Police are monitoring the A859, Lochs Road and officers are asking motorists to avoid the area at this time."
