A landmark Lake District hotel has been handed a price tag of more than £7m.
Derwentwater Hotel in Portinscale, near Keswick, has hit the market with a guide price of £7.25m.
The hotel has 66 ensuite bedrooms and apartments, alongside a holiday cottage, and was originally constructed in the 1900s.

The future of the hotel was uncertain in May 2020 when its then owner, Shearings Hotels, went into administration.
However, it reopened in August that year under new ownership, Coast & Country Hotel Collection, and following a hotel management agreement with Warrington-headquartered Bespoke Hotels.
The hotel is being marketed by Christie & Co which is selling other hotels across the hotel for the same client.
