When running a business, it's fair to say that not everyone is always going to like what you do and there's often not much you can do about it.
But one man is clearly fed up of not getting on with his customers and has decided to take drastic action as a result.
Andy Gascoigne, 59, and his wife Mandy bought the 19th century Farmers Arms in Muker in North Yorkshire back in 2020.
Sadly, they have decided to sell their quaint country pub after struggling during lockdown and repeatedly falling out with local residents who left one-star reviews on TripAdvisor, branding Andy "too grumpy".

Unhappy customers on TripAdvisor complained about Andy's "unfriendly rudeness", while another described him as a "miserable bloke".
Pub landlord and ex-squaddie Andy managed to further irk his disgruntled customers by brewing a beer named after his response to them - 'Jog On'.
Sharing a photo of his new beer on the pub's Facebook page, he wrote: 'Why not join us in wishing all the moaners, groaners or folk who just don't fall into line with the way things are at this moment in time, or is it just our sense of humour!!"
However, not everyone disliked the beer, with some commenting on the post that it was "brilliant" and "certainly needed".
The pub has since gone on the market for offers in the region of £575,000.
Listed on Rightmove by Everard Cole, the Farmers Arms is described as "traditional, warm and welcoming".
The listing reads: "The property is stone built and part rendered under a stone-flagged roof. The property benefits from double glazed windows, mains electricity, water and drainage with oil fired central heating.
"The internal accommodation consists of a welcoming front door that leads into the open-plan main bar that enjoys a traditional, warm and welcoming feeling and benefits from part flagged floor and a feature recently installed dry stone wall fireplace and new multi-fuel cast iron burner and a separate snug.
"The bar area is of character having part exposed stone walls and exposed ceiling beams throughout. Customer lavatories both male and female which again have both been fully refurbished to a good standard, two separate beer cellars for cask and keg beer which are cooled and include an automated racking system. Upstairs is a generous fully fitted commercial kitchen with preparation and washing up facilities and an excellent range of commercial catering equipment, walk-in refrigerator and freezers, and a dry goods store. Outside is a small yard area with access to the rear store and a side door out into the skillet which doubles as a fire escape route."
The pub also comes with an outside terrace and fully-refurbished owners flat, comprised of a double ensuite bedroom, sitting room, small dining room/office/second bedroom with a bathroom, as well as a self-catering holiday flat and stone-built barn opposite the property.
