A Wishaw small business owner is celebrating after being nominated for a national award.
Natalie Kelso had worked in a variety of different roles but always had aspirations of owning her own business.
And she finally did so earlier this year by setting up Brazilian Booty Lift Lanarkshire.
And the hard work is already paying off with Natalie being nominated in the Micro Business of the Year category at the Scottish Women’s Awards, held at the Marriott Hotel in Glasgow late next month.
A delighted Natalie told Lanarkshire Live : “I couldn’t believe it when I got the confirmation through.
“I was nominated by members of the public which makes it extra special.
“When I got the confirmation through I just let out a scream, I think my husband thought there was a spider or a jenny long-legs in the room!
“Just to be nominated among these women is a great feeling.”
Brazilian Booty Lift is a treatment which improves different areas of the body including stomach, hips, thighs and bottom.
The business is now franchised in various parts of the UK with Natalie opening her business, based in Francesca’s Kloset in Netherton Road.
Natalie added: “Over the past few minutes we have been going from strength to strength, I don’t have a minute these days which is great.
“I have managed to get some new treatments which has helped and the business seems to have reached out to more people.”
