Rutherglen Exchange invited several fitness and wellbeing experts to speak to shoppers for their ‘You-can-uary’ initiative.
Several different specialists attended the venue last week to motivate and help shoppers with fitness and health queries.
Slimming World, Cambuslang Energie Fitness, Dickson Chemist and YogiClaire were all at the Exchange on Thursday, January 27.
A spokeswoman for Slimming World told Lanarkshire Live : “We appreciated the chance to meet and chat to members past and present.
“It really was uplifting to see so many people chatting at the different tables about health and well being.
"It’s inspiring to know so many people want to make those positive changes in their lives.

“All of our local consultants love the opportunity to get out and spread the word about Slimming World.
"It’s great to see our groups back in full swing and we loved meeting potential new members.”
Claire O'Brien aka YogiClaire was also showing demonstrations of baby yoga classes that are taught weekly at a number of different venues.

She said: “I always love going into Rutherglen Exchange Shopping Centre to talk to the shoppers.
"I had a lot of new mums come in for a chat about my baby massage, and mum and baby yoga classes.
“I was able to discuss the benefits of these classes for mum and baby, and also to demonstrate some baby massage, and also baby yoga techniques.
“The time flew by and I really enjoyed every second of it. I can’t wait to go back again in the future.”
