Two people in Bellshill are celebrating after winning £60,000 thanks to their postcode.
The pair, who wish remain anonymous, won the money when ML4 1QZ was announced as a winner with People’s Postcode Lottery on Saturday, November 5.
And that saw the pair walk away with a cheque for £30,000 each.
The win comes just three weeks after another Bellshill postcode landed two lucky residents a share of a £90,000 Postcode Lottery prize.
Back in October, Bellshill postcode ML4 3PP was announced as a winner with a grandfather - who'd had 17 operations on his stomach - scooping £60,000.
His neighbour, a forklift driver, received a cheque for £30,000.
Postcode Lottery ambassador Judie McCourt told Lanarkshire Live : “I’m over the moon for our lucky players in Bellshill.
"What a great way to start the weekend. Here’s hoping they treat themselves to something special with their prize.”
People’s Postcode Lottery costs £10 a month to play and there are guaranteed winners every day.
