Police have launched an attempted murder probe after man was found seriously injured in Lanarkshire.
They want to trace a black Nissan Qashqai spotted at the scene in Moodiesburn on Sunday night.
The incident took place at around 9.45pm in the Westdale Drive area and the victim was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary with serious injuries, although he remains in a stable condition.

Detective Constable Shemain Murphy, of Coatbridge CID, said: "A man has been left with serious injuries and it is vital we trace whoever is responsible.
"Our enquiries are ongoing and we would appeal to anyone who witnessed this incident, or noticed anything at all suspicious, to come forward.
"In particular, we would like to speak to anyone who saw a black Nissan Qashqai car in the area around the time.
"I would also urge any motorists with dash-cams to please check their footage in case they have captured anything of significance, or anyone with CCTV that has not been spoken to by police yet.
