The Baltimore Ravens will play the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 1 of the 2024 season. The two teams played each other in the AFC Championship game last season, which Kansas City won.
When talking about Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson had plenty of praise for the three-time Super Bowl Champion. He said that while he doesn’t really have a relationship with any quarterback in the NFL, Mahomes is a great quarterback with the accolades to back it up.
“I don’t have a relationship with [Patrick Mahomes]. I don’t think I have a relationship with any quarterback in the league. I don’t take anything from [Patrick Mahomes], I just play my game. But, he’s a great quarterback. I’m going to say that. He’s a great quarterback. He has the accolades to prove it, and he’s made things happen on the field that makes his team successful.”
The Ravens will be looking to get a big win against Kansas City in Week 1, while the Chiefs will look to start strong as well. The game should be a heavyweight fight, something everyone is anticipating.
