Lakers vs. Pelicans: Stream, lineups, injury reports and broadcast info for Friday

The Los Angeles Lakers host the New Orleans Pelicans on Friday, and if you’re wondering how you can watch the action live, you’ve come to the right place.

The Lakers (27-26) lost a hard-fought game to the Denver Nuggets on Thursday, and they will return to the court at Crypto.com Arena looking to get back on track after a short turnaround. Despite many trade rumors, they didn’t make any moves ahead of Thursday’s deadline. As a result, they will go to battle with their roster as constituted, other than a potential buyout signing.

New Orleans (30-21) is in sixth place in the Western Conference, three spots ahead of L.A. It is on a four-game winning streak, and it is coming off a 117-106 victory over the red-hot Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday.

Former Laker Brandon Ingram has been playing well of late, while Zion Williamson has remained relatively healthy for one of the few times in his young career.

This will be the third meeting this season between the two teams. The Lakers won the first one during the in-season tournament by 44 points. New Orleans answered with a 129-109 win on New Year’s Eve.

If the Lakers are serious about moving up in the standings, this contest will be very important. They will have only one more matchup versus the Pelicans during the regular season.
