The Los Angeles Lakers host the Boston Celtics on Monday, and if you’re wondering how you can watch the action live, you’ve come to the right place.
Arguably the greatest rivalry in all of sports will continue on Christmas Day with both teams sporting championship aspirations. The Lakers had lost four games in a row going into Saturday, but they then defeated the dangerous Oklahoma City Thunder, 129-120, to stop their skid. Head coach Darvin Ham replaced D’Angelo Russell with Jarred Vanderbilt in the starting lineup, and that switch seemed to work.
The Celtics, meanwhile, look like perhaps the best team in the NBA right now. They’re tied for the best record in the league and are fourth in both offensive and defensive rating. Boston has won seven of its last eight games, and it is coming off a 145-108 dismantling of the formerly hot Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday.
The Lakers and Celtics met in two thrilling games last season, with both of them decided in overtime and won by Boston. Perhaps LeBron James and crew will be looking for a little revenge on Monday.
