A reward of $5,000 (£4,100) is being offered to catch the man involved in the attempted murder of Lady Gaga’s dog-walker.
James Howard Jackson, 19, has been on the run since he was mistakenly released from custody on April 6.
He is one of three men charged with stealing two of the singer’s French bulldogs in February 2021.
It is alleged Jackson shot Ryan Fischer with a .40-caliber handgun in order to steal the dogs he was walking in Los Angeles.
The US Marshals, who are offering money for tracking down Jackson, said: “Jackson should be considered armed and dangerous.
“Anyone with information as to his whereabouts should contact law enforcement immediately.”
Two days after the accidental release, Mr Fischer made a plea for Jackson to turn himself into the police.
“I ask for Mr. Jackson to turn himself over to the authorities,” he wrote on Instagram. “So resolution to the crime committed against me runs its course, whatever the courts determine that outcome to be.”
Two of Gaga’s three French bulldogs were stolen by the attackers after the shooting.
Mr Fischer sustained a gunshot wound to his chest during the attack.
At the time, he was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in LA.
Gaga hailed Mr Fischer as a “hero” following the shooting.
She previously said: “I continue to love you Ryan Fischer, you risked your life to fight for our family. You’re forever a hero.”
Her two stolen French bulldogs were later safely returned to the House of Gucci actress.
