Kyogo Furuhashi has unfinished business at Celtic and won't be leaving Glasgow anytime soon.
That is according to Parkhead hero Frank McAvennie who claims tentative links from English Premier League sides won't grasp the Japanese star at this juncture. Kyogo has been in sizzling form this season with 22 goals already netted across all competitions in his second season in Glasgow, being undoubtedly Celtic's number one choice in attack.
But some outlets have suggested Crystal Palace could be keen on the 28-year-old with Ange Postecoglou already banking some cash through the sales of developed stars Josip Juranovic and Giorgos Giakoumakis. Yet with Hyeon-gyu Oh the only other recognised centre-forward at Parkhead, McAvennie believes 'unfinished business' will keep him in post.

Asked by Football Insider if he would leave, he said: “I don’t think so. I think everyone in that Celtic team is capable of moving to the Premier League. But it’s the same as Postecoglou, I can’t see it happening yet.
“You can never say never in football. Kyogo won’t be here forever, but I think he’s still got unfinished business. It’s a good sign when the manager and his players are being targeted. You want that because it means they’re doing well.
“This Celtic team are all having fun and they’re so together at the moment. I’m sure his pace would frighten people in the Premier League. But I’m not sure he has the strength to play in England.”
