Kyogo may have played last Celtic match as '£10m transfer exit fee agreed'

Kyogo Furuhashi may have played his last match as a Celtic striker, according to reports.

It's claimed the Japanese forward is closing in on a move to Rennes.

Le Parisien report that Kyogo is nearing a transfer exit this month with the Ligue 1 having agreed a fee with Celtic.

It's thought a €12m (£10m) fee has been negotiated between the clubs for the striker.

Reports have suggested Kyogo's outing against Young Boys in the Champions League - where he had three goals ruled out - may well have been his last with a move imminent.

"I think for us as a club we prepare for all eventualities," Brendan Rodgers said recently. "Whether it's injuries, whether it's transfers.

"I think you just have to, you always have to be ready, and that's our message.

"For Kyogo, at this moment in time, he's happy, he's working well, he's scoring goals, and enjoying his football."
