It is fair to say Kyogo Furuhashi's Rennes spell hasn't gone to plan so far.
The forward made a surprise mid-season Celtic exit to join the French side, whom he has yet to score for after two months.
Furuhashi has made five Rennes appearances to date and most recently came on as a stoppage-time substitute in their 3-0 win away to Angers on Sunday.

Furuhashi made 32 Celtic appearances in the opening half of the campaign and remained a regular fixture in the side until his exit.
The 30-year-old's move to Rennes and Celtic's subsequent failure to sign a number nine in January has seen Daizen Maeda's form take a considerable upturn.
The attacker hit 30 goals for the campaign at the weekend as the Parkhead side took another step towards their fourth consecutive league title.
