Kylie Jenner should be "more transparent" about her cosmetic procedures amid claims she's had "so much surgery".
The 25-year-old makeup mogul has insisted she has only ever had lip filler, but an aesthetics specialist is convinced the Kardashians star isn't being completely honest.
Dr Eugenia Bonelli told The Mirror Kylie's appearance has "changed quite a lot" and suggested she's had a few procedures to achieve her look.
However, she insisted Kylie "shouldn't be embarrassed" to open up about her changing appearance.
Dr Bonelli has suggested the mother-of-two has had a rhinoplasty and cheek fillers to help refine her face.
"Despite her recent claims that she only had lip fillers, in my opinion, the youngest of the Kardashian's appearance has changed quite a lot over the years.
"If we have a closer look at her nose, the tip looks much more refined, and the bridge is more narrow. Therefore, I believe one of the first procedures she had at a young age is likely to have been a rhinoplasty."
She added: "Moving to her middle face, her cheekbones are more defined, and her face becomes more sculpted over the years.
"Even though we lose fat as we get older, Kylie is only 25 years old. It's very possible that she achieved this look with cheek fillers and buccal fat removal."
The NHS doctor also suggested Kylie may have had skin boosters to achieve her "fabulous and glowy" skin.
Dr Bonelli said: "Her body has also changed throughout the years. Bigger breasts, smaller waist and larger buttocks.
"It is possible she may have had a combination of implants and fat transfers to mould her present body."
However, she insisted Kylie should be looked up to for her achievements.
"Irrelevant of all the procedures she may have had done, she looks amazing, and is the youngest woman to date to become a self-made billionaire, so she has my admiration.
"However, I believe the world would benefit from celebrities and other public figures being more transparent about the procedures they have had done.
"They shouldn't be embarrassed and ultimately it can stop young people from comparing their natural selves with an ideal that is not easily achievable."
Kylie recently spoke out about claims she has had "so much surgery".
She said people often have the "misconception" that she has had a lot of plastic surgery but insisted she has always been a very confident person.
"I think a big misconception about me is that I've had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn't!
"Yeah, I love full lips and wanted full lips, but growing up I was always the most confident person in the room. I was the girl performing for everyone," the reality star said in a new interview.
Kylie added that she has only ever had lip filler and went through with the procedure due to "insecurity".
"I had my one lip insecurity thing, so I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I've ever done. I don't regret it. But I always thought I was cute," she told Homme Girls magazine.
