Kylian Mbappe snubbed by Walker and Henderson BEFORE World Cup showdown as France hero giggles at cold shoulder

Global superstar Kylian Mbappe appeared to be snubbed by laser-focused Jordan Henderson and Kyle Walker before Les Bleus' 2-1 World Cup quarter-final triumph over England.

The Paris Saint-Germain icon was left miffed after extending his hand to the Man City star in front of the Liverpool skipper only to be greeted with a cold shoulder. Mbappe didn't score but still grabbed the headlines as he had a hearty laugh after Harry Kane's late penalty misses saw Gareth Southgate's side unable to force extra time.

Some pundits down south were critical of the man many believe to be the best player on the planet for his reaction to Kane's gaffe, however, there appears added reason the 23-year-old lapped up the major opportunity missed from 12 yards out. But Henderson's bizarre reaction before the game adds a fresh slant on how things played out in the closing stages. France now face Morocco in the final four as they aim to become the first team to retain the World Cup since 1962.
