Liverpool have assembled arguably the best squad in the club's history.
And yet there is still a sense of intrigue about what the summer will bring.
With a number of key players set to roll into the final year of their contracts - including Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino - there is a feeling that the upcoming window could be a busy one at Anfield.
So even with the January addition of Luis Diaz taken into account, it is perhaps no surprise that the Reds continue to be linked with forward reinforcements.

Who?
Kylian Mbappe, Paris Saint-Germain forward

What?
According to the report, Barcelona are resigned to Mbappe joining Real Madrid at the end of the season with the striker 'convinced' of his move.
The France international is out of contract in the summer and is almost certain to leave PSG. Liverpool are one of the teams to be linked with Mbappe, as well as the two La Liga giants.
Los Blancos have long been expected to be the striker's eventual destination, as they had a bid turned down in the summer.
Mbappe is one of the finest players on the planet and while he will no doubt command massive wages, whichever side lands him without paying a transfer fee will have secured a coup.
