Kyle Schwarber is absolutely on another planet right now.
With the Philadelphia Phillies missing former NL MVP Bryce Harper thanks to a broken thumb, the team has needed a morale boost. And who better to provide the juice than one of the Phillies major offseason acquisitions in Schwarber himself.
Entering July, Schwarber had 23 home runs, with 12 of those coming in the month of June alone. But today could be June 36th for all Schwarber knows, as the power hitter has posted four home runs in his two most recent games for the Phillies.
Here’s his most recent home run, which broke the Phillies 1-1 tie against the Washington Nationals on Wednesday for his second bomb of the night.
There's no one hotter than Kyle Schwarber!
