The Minnesota Vikings are heavy into draft mode, but it’s healthy to take a break every now and then. General Manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah and head coach Kevin O’Connell agree with that sentiment as they were spotted together watching the Sweet 16 in Louisville, KY.

O’Connell’s alma mater San Diege State is a five seed and playing one seed Alabama in the first game. Adofo-Mensah’s alma mater Princeton is a 15 seed playing six seed Creighton in the second game set to tip off 30 minutes after the first game.
It’s great to see the camraderie between the general manager and head coach, especially with how tumultuous the relationship between Rick Spielman and Mike Zimmer was at the end. If both teams win their games on Friday, they will play each other on Sunday to determine who goes to the final four at NRG Stadium in Houston, TX.
