Jay Cutler has been secretly meeting his ex's former best friend Kelly Henderson for woodland drinks according to fans, who spotted Kristin Cavallari's husband on her Instagram.
Fans of show Very Cavallari will be aware of the sordid, and very much denied, love triangle between the three with Kelly being accused of having a steamy affair with ex NFL player Jay. The romance was denied but Kristin fell out with her pal of eight years after she refused to reply to her text and was "igniting the rumours on social media."
Kristen, 37, may want to swerve her ex pal's Instagram today as fans noticed Kelly had shared a snap of what appeared to be father-of-three Jay drinking with her on a woodland picnic.
Kelly shared the snap without tagging the mystery male but with the caption: "Much needed happy hour. Happy Friday y’all."
Fans immediately recognised Jay's trademark rainbow beaded bracelet - adding they thought make-up artist Kelly was secretly meeting her ex best pal's husband to cause drama.
One fan wrote: "She playing with you with those bracelets tho! Kinda confirms what Kristin said!"
Another added: "100% jays arm and bracelet this is shady as hell!"
While one fan had a theory Kelly was doing this to create drama and there was nothing romantic going on: "Kelly knew what she was doing by posting this. I like Kristen and Jay so I just hope the best for them."
Kelly and Kristin had been BFFs for years before a mysterious rift broke the two apart and a stormy season 3 episode showed their friendship finally disintegrate.
Kristin and Jay who have three children Camden, seven, Saylor, four, and Jaxon, five - were dealing with marriage issues for some time druing their decade long union but not infidelity , a source shared with E! news.
The insider shared with the American outlet - which airs Kristin's reality TV show Very Cavallari - that the couple have been on the rocks for some time and tried working on their relationship but it wasn't enough.
"This isn't out of the blue. They've been trying to make it work for a while," the source told.
Announcing the split Kristen wrote: "With great sadness, after 10 years together we have come to a loving conclusion to get a divorce.
"We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of.
"This is just the situation of two people growing apart. We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family."
The reality TV stars flew to the Bahamas around March 15, just as the coronavirus pandemic started to get serious in the US.
Joining them on the holiday was their three childre and Kristin’s hairstylist, Justin Anderson and his partner, Austin Rhodes.
The group managed to fly home to America at the beginning of April, and just days later Kristen, 33, and Jay, 36, announced their divorce.
