Everything is easier if you are winning, and since he was traded to the Boston Celtics during the NBA’s 2023 offseason, star Boston big man Kristaps Porzingis has been smiling nonstop. We can’t blame the Latvian center, who has been on some fairly mediocre ball clubs since coming into the league.
Speaking to CLNS Media after the Celtics’ recent, 50-point blowout of the Brooklyn Nets, Porzingis opened up about his notably positive mood since joining Boston’s roster. “I haven’t stopped smiling, being here,” explained the Celtics center. I just enjoy being here so much, and to be in this kind of organization, playing for these kinds of fans, it’s unreal.”
“From the top down, this is a high-level organization,” he added, singing the organization’s praises.
