Kris Jenner has opened up on a secret medical issue in the newly released trailer for season two of The Kardashians.
The famous family are set to return to DisneyPlus with another series of their reality show in September.
In the new trailer released to the world yesterday (July 11), Kris appears upbeat as she introduces the upcoming season, adding: "Let's go!"
However, things quickly turn serious for the businesswoman, 66, as she is later seen in hospital battling a secret medical condition.
At one point in the trailer, Kris looks teary as daughter Khloe Kardashian, 38, worryingly tells her: "I don’t know what’s happening with you."
The next clip shows Kris in a hospital bed as she's supported by boyfriend Corey Gamble.
Wiping tears away from her face, Kris adds: "I can't tell my kids I'm scared. They have enough problems. They don't need to worry about mom."
The family do not disclose any further details about Kris' condition in the one-and-a-half-minute trailer.
Meanwhile, the trailer also features daughter Kim Kardashian 's loved-up romance with boyfriend Pete Davidson, 28.
Saturday Night Live comic Pete hadn't been in the first series of the reality show, though his voice had briefly featured during the season finale - released last month.
But in the preview clip for the upcoming series, the funnyman is seen chatting to Khloe, seemingly from the night of the Met Gala in May.
Kim, 42, goes on to interrupt their conversation with her saying to Pete: "Babe do you wanna shower with me really quick?"
The new season is also set to feature Kourtney Kardashian preparing for her wedding to Travis Barker, as well as the arrival of Kylie Jenner 's second child.
It comes after Kris recently revealed she fully supports her children having kids before getting married.
Speaking on iHeartRadio's Martha Stewart Podcast, the mum-of-six said the way she views marriage has "evolved" and that she would "never judge" her family.
Kris shared: "I get more and more understanding. I get what this generation and I have so many generations now in my family, I guess there's such a big age difference.
"I've been through so many things in my life that hindsight is very important."
She added: "They could throw anything at me, and I'm here for them. They know that. There's nothing that I would judge. Not at all. I mean, I just never would."
Kris is currently a grandmother to 11 adorable grandkids.
The Kardashians returns for its second season on September 22. It will air on Hulu in the US, DisneyPlus internationally and on Star+ in Latin America.
