Kris Boyd has declared Rangers title hopes are "over" after losing to Celtic at Ibrox.
The clash between the top two in Govan was billed as decisive in the race for the Premiership crown and Rangers had the chance to go level on points with their rivals.
They started fast through Aaron Ramsey but strikes from Tom Rogic and Cameron Carter-Vickers flipped the script and it was Ange Postecoglou's team who picked up a huge win.
Their lead now stands at six points and makes them overwhelming favourites to lift the league title.
And a fuming Boyd reckons there is no way back for his old team.
He said on Sky Sports: "It's over. It's finished. There's no doubt about it.
"Celtic, on that form, we saw how good they are going forward but we've seen another side to them in terms of defending properly.
"I thought the two centre-backs, Starfelt and Carter-Vickers, were outstanding.
"There's sometimes when you look at Celtic and they can be left two-vs-two or one-vs-one but today every single time Rangers got to the byline and tried to put a ball in, Starfelt was there to cut in.
"It was proper defending from both of them.
"It was going to be very difficult for Rangers to get back into the title race anyway but it's done for me today."
