Kourtney Kardashian has revealed that she wanted to get legally married to Travis Barker in Las Vegas earlier this week, but said the couple were prevented from doing so.
The reality TV star, 42, was said to have married her fiancé, 46, in a wedding ceremony at 2am on Monday morning following their appearance at the Grammys.
The couple shared photos of the nuptials - officiated by an Elvis Presley impersonator - though it has since been confirmed that it wasn't a legally-binding marriage.
That's because the pair - who became engaged last year - didn't have a marriage licence, with Kourtney having opened up about the issue on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night.
During an interview with the Kardashian-Jenner family, talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, 54, said that fans hadn't been aware initially that Kourtney had only got "fake married".
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum however disagreed with his phrasing, telling him: "Well it's not called fake married." She then explained the issue that had arose.
"There was no like possibility to get a marriage licence at that hour," she commented. This remark was met with surprise from her young sister Kim Kardashian, 41, though.
Kim said: "Isn't everything 24/7 there?" Kourtney said she had thought that to be the case but claimed she and Travis weren't able to get a marriage licence then.
Kourtney said that she even questioned whether they were being lied to and asked "like five times" what the couple would need to do in order to make their plan happen.
She further said that the pair were told they couldn't get a licence until hours after their planned nuptials. She said: "It was 2am and they were like it opens at 8 o'clock."

Asked by the talk show host whether she had wanted to "get married for real," Kourtney responded: "We did. Yes. We just did it anyways. It's what's in the heart."
The interview also saw her family asked whether they had been aware of the ceremony, with her mother Kris Jenner, 66, and sister Khloé Kardashian, 37, admitting that they knew.
It seemed as though her other sisters Kim, Kendall Jenner, 26, and Kylie Jenner, 24, - the latter of whom was absent from the interview - had not been aware of the ceremony.
Kim even revealed that she had been asleep when the ceremony was taking place, with her suggesting that she had found out after Kourtney posted in their group chat.
