Kourtney Kardashian has taken aim at “savage” paparazzi who she claims sold misleading pictures of her out and about while her husband Travis Barker was critically ill in hospital.
The Blink-182 drummer was rushed to hospital in an ambulance folding a routine endoscopy procedure which "resulted in severe life-threatening pancreatitis" and “excruciating” pain.
Following the health scare, and now that Travis is on the mend, furious Kourtney has taken to social media to slam photographers - claiming that they had sold old photos of her that had been republished while Travis was in hospital.
Kourtney shared a series of test posts to her Instagram Story, reflecting on a "scary and emotional week".
The reality star wrote: "Travis and I went in for a routine endoscopy together and he ended up with severe, life-threatening pancreatitis."
She thanked medics for their work and after an update from Travis which said, "I am so very very grateful that with intensive treatment I am currently much better."#
But the mum-of-three then went on to address paparazzi snaps that were released during Travis' hospital stay.
She fumed: "And to the paparazzi who sold pictures of me 'out and about' while my husband was in the hospital fighting for his life... these were photos actually taken weeks ago, (I can't even remember the last time I wore that sweatsuit in the photos)... I didn't forget about you."
She added: "A new level of low, monetising off of our nightmare. Really savagely uncool when I actually didn't leave his side... shame on you."
The health scare comes a month after Kourtney, 43, and Travis exchanged vows in a stunning wedding ceremony at Castello Brown in Portofino, Italy.
The pair said "I do" in front of friends and family in a wedding sponsored by Dolce and Gabbana on Saturday 15 May before spending several days lapping up all the luxury on offer in the region.
