Kourtney Kardashian married her long-term pal Travis Barker for a third time in a lavish wedding ceremony on Sunday evening.
The reality TV star, 42, and the Blink-182 drummer got engaged in October 2021, and since then, the lovebirds have celebrated with two small weddings ahead their real big day in Portofino, Italy.
Kourtney and Travis kept things traditional and got married at the ancient Castello Brown fortress in the coastal town.
The lovebirds kept their guestlist quite small, and appeared to only invite some of their closest family and friends.
And while Kourtney's sisters, Kim, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie, have been sharing snippets of their Italian trip ahead of Kourtney's wedding to Travis, her brother Rob has been nowhere to be seen.
Kourtney's only brother Rob, 36, has remained out of the spotlight in recent years - opting to shy away from his reality TV duties due to mental health issues surrounding his weight.
It is still unclear whether Rob made it to the service, and while there are pictures circulating of Kourtney's other siblings, there appears to be no sign of her brother in Italy.
The only Kardashian brother also skipped the last wedding in his family - the union of sister Kim and her then partner Kanye West which took place in 2014.
While Rob did make it to Paris with his family for the occasion, he decided to swerve the rehearsal dinner before bailing on the wedding entirely.
Explaining his decision months later, Rob said: "I was doing my suit fittings in Paris right before the wedding and I just wasn’t comfortable.
"I’m 6’1 and at my most I probably weighed 300 lbs.
“There were cameras at the airport on our trip there and I was very unhappy with the person I saw in all the pictures.
"I’m upset I missed my sister’s wedding but it was a personal decision.”
Rob went on to retreat from the public eye even more as he quit the family reality show and turned his back on fame.
Fans of the Kardashian clan were hoping that Rob might make a return to reality TV on the family's new HULU show, The Kardashians, but the former reality star reportedly wants 'no part of it'.
While Rob was heavily featured on Keeping Up With the Kardashians at the start of the series’ run, the dad-of-one reportedly wasn’t interested in joining his sisters and mother in the second iteration of their family reality TV show.
Rob is no longer looking to lead such a public life - and his decision is inspired by his daughter Dream, 5, who he shares with ex-fiancée Blac Chyna.
