Kourtney Kardashian has kicked off her 43rd birthday with a Disney-style cake and a beautiful bouquet from partner Travis Barker.
The reality star, who recently tried to marry Travis in Las Vegas, but was thwarted when she couldn't get a licence late at night, shared the bevvy of goodies she received on her big day with her fans on Instagram.
On her InstaStories, the mum of three shared a video of her cutting a black cake shaped like Mickey Mouse and her name written on it in yellow sprinkles.
When the cake was cut open, it revealed a feast of black, red and white sprinkles.
Kourtney wrote in an accompanying caption: "Yummmm and yes I know I forgot the plate in the last slide,"
She also shared a photo of a stunning bouquet of pale pink and cream roses from her intended, Travis.
Later she also posted a snap of Travis slipping a shoe on her foot, in a call back to the Cinderella fairy tale.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star appeared to tie the knot with her fiancé following the Grammys in Las Vegas recently, but later confirmed it wasn't an official wedding and the pair were just 'practicing' for the real thing.
In an interview on The One Show with her sisters Khloe and Kim, she chatted with Rylan Clark about the wedding, describing it as a "wild Vegas night".
Asked about the big day, Kourtney said: "It was fun, Elvis sang when I walked down the aisle," as Khloe revealed the manager of the Elvis impersonator got her to speak to him via FaceTime.
Rylan then pressed to ask Kourtney if there were congratulations in order, to which she insisted their marriage wasn't legal, adding in response: "Congrats on the best night of my life, it was a wild Vegas night."
The loved-up pair have been open and honest about their desire to welcome a child into the world together - with their ongoing IVF journey set to be documented on new Hulu series, The Kardashians.
Despite the promise of this intrigue, as well as other interesting plotlines, the show, which launched last night, has received lukewarm reviews from US critics.
In a scathing take, Daniel D’Addario from Variety said that the show is being “held back” because it’s “obsessed with the past”.
He said the new show has “little” new information or gossip about the KarJenners, and complained that Kim’s appearance in the new show is “muted”.
The outlet’s chief TV critic suggested that the billionaire beauty and fashion mogul could be “outgrowing” the reality TV genre.
Lovia Gyarkye from The Hollywood Reporter had a similarly scathing take on the first two episodes of the new reality show, as she said it was a “disappointment”, with a lack of “shock value”.
Labelling it “aggressively” boring, she said the show felt like an “experiment in marketing, selling viewers an unattainable aesthetic and lifestyle,”, and complained the family constantly displayed their “dizzying amounts of wealth.”
