Kourtney Kardashian approves of Scott Disick's relationship with Rod Stewart's daughter Kimberly

Kourtney Kardashian has reportedly given the greenlight for her ex Scott Disick to move on with Rod Stewarts daughter Kimberly Stewart.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shares three children - Mason, 12, Penelope, 10 and Reign, 7 - and previously split for good in 2015. The reality star has since moved on and married Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, as the pair tied the knot in a glamorous Italian ceremony earlier this year.

Long-term pals Scott, 39, and Kimberly, 42, were spotted leaving walking hand in hand before the reality star was caught in a car crash. The couple were spotted leaving Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, California, on Sunday, August 21, according to photos obtained by the Daily Mail.

Shortly after the outing, Us Weekly confirmed that Scott was involved in a collision while driving a Lamborghini SUV. Now, a source close to the Kardashian has confirmed that she is happy her ex has found a “good match” with Stewart and that they make a “really cute” couple.

“Kourtney has known Kimberly for many years and she actually thinks this is a good match for Scott,” the insider told the outlet. Kourtney knows how true love can come out of friendships because she is living proof of that. Being friends with Travis gave them such a strong foundation,” the source added.

The Kardashians alum “believes that this is good for Scott because she knows Scott so well. She knows that Kimberly is a good person and an excellent mother.” “Aside from this, Kourtney actually thinks that they look really cute together and complement each other well,” the outlet shared.

The insider went on say that Kardashian would love nothing more than Disick to “settle down” into a “healthy relationship” and she “totally supports” this. The new couple “have her blessing,” the insider said before adding, “she knows that Kimberly will always have his best interest in mind, and she is not in it for money or anything like that.”

“Kourtney is so in love with Travis she wants everyone to experience the kind of love they have. She’s hoping this works out for Scott,” the outlet shared. Previously, an insider confirmed to Us Weekly that Disick and Stewart have been “dating for few months,” however, things between them are not “serious yet.”

Back in May, he went for an intimate dinner with Kimberly, her father Rod and her brother Sean in West Hollywood.

Scott and Kimberly previously sparked dating rumours in 2015 after his split with Kourtney Kardashian, but he denied speculation by revealing they're just old 'friends' and there was 'absolutely no truth to' the rumours. "They [the Stewarts] introduced Scott to Kourtney," Alana Stewart told People at the time. "I was there when it happened, so I can tell you they're all great pals."

The father-of-three has had a close friendship with the Stewart clan for years before dating Kimberly, and even enlisted her services to help clean his pantry earlier this year. Scott posted a video of Kimberly, who runs the organisational company The Realm, sorting through his pantry with her dad Rod Stewart to his Instagram Stories.
