Scott Disick, 38, and Kourtney Kardashian, 42, have come under fire for allowing their nine-year-old daughter to wear a crop top and dye her hair.
In a TikTok video, which was originally shared to Penelope's account proud father Scott and daughter Penelope are seen lip-synching to British rapper Nutcase 22's song Captain.
The duo pretends to whistle in the video, which has now been removed, that shows Penelope dressed in high-waisted jeans, a beige crop top and toting a Prada shoulder bag.
She captioned the video: "When we are too excited to go to dinner."
Despite the clip being removed from the account, it was reposted to a Kardashian Instagram fan page @kardashianvideo, which led to Scott coming under fire.
Fans were disturbed by Penelope's appearance with some claiming the youngster looked in her late teens due to her dress sense and red hair.
One worried fan pointed out: "She looks 16 yo."
Another typed: "Not me thinking she was a grown lil person."
Several were not keen on Penelope being able to change her mousy hair to a deep red tone.
A concerned social media user asked: "Why did they dye her hair red.. She’s too young for that….."
"Does this little girl really has her hair paint red???? What kind of freaking parents is racing her??? No wonder Mason is the way that he is because since he was little they let him do whatever the f*** he wanted to do and this girl is going in the same track LOOK at this!!!! LOOK at this!!!!Not even a teenager and look at the colour hair this little girls is carrying!!!!!!!!" an annoyed person added.
More judged: "Isn't she a bit young to be wearing a crop top??! Let her be a child!" and "Pink hair, tiktok 24/7, long nails. At this age?? I wonder what kind of parental guidance she has & what will become of her when she's an adult."
As well as Penelope, Scott and ex Kourtney share children Mason, 12, and seven-year-old Reign.
Talentless founder Scott has a long history with Kourtney - who is now engaged to Travis Barker - as the pair dated on and off for nearly a decade before ending their romance in 2015.
