Kobie Turner was on ‘The Masked Singer’ and he absolutely crushed it as one of the final four

Kobie Turner is one heck of a defensive tackle, but his talents go way beyond just sacking quarterbacks and wrapping up running backs. The dude can flat-out sing. Oh, and he can also play piano and the guitar.

Since arriving in Los Angeles in 2023, he’s had several opportunities to show off his musical abilities, even getting the chance to sing the National Anthem at Kings and Lakers games. But this year, he was really under the bright lights on national television.

Turner was revealed as Goo on FOX’s “The Masked Singer” Wednesday night, much to everyone’s surprise. Here’s a clip of the big reveal from the show.

Turner made it all the way to the quarterfinals as one of the final four participants before being revealed, absolutely crushing his performances on the show.

This video shows just how talented he is as a singer, hitting all the right notes in Goo Goo Dolls’ hit “Iris”.

The clues he gave on the show were sneaky good, like the “rook” chess piece and the “call that changed everything,” hinting at his stellar rookie year and the draft call he got from the Rams.

After being revealed as Goo, Turner shared a message on social media thanking everyone who supported him.

He also said this is “only the beginning of what’s to come for me musically,” which is exciting to hear because his singing ability is undeniable.

After he’s done playing football, there’s no question Turner has a future somewhere in music.
