Knitting has been revealed as Claire Richards on The Masked Singer.
The ITV show returned tonight, with a double elimination in store, as the four panellists - Mo Gilligan, Rita Ora, Davina McCall and Jonathan Ross - were joined by a number of special celebrity guests to help them work out who was behind the mask.
The seven remaining contestants - Fawn, Rhino, Jellyfish, Jacket Potato, Phoenix, Knitting and Otter - all took to the stage tonight in a bid to keep their identity under wraps and their mask firmly on.
However, for two unlucky celebrities, their mask was coming off tonight, with the group of panellists looking surprised when they saw who was behind the first of the two masks.
As Claire was revealed to be Knitting, the pop star admitted she was incredibly nervous despite her singing background.
"I thought I would be fine performing behind the mask but it turns out even when people can’t see my face I get SO nervous. I think I just always want to do a good job and being VERY hot inside my mask didn’t help at all!" she said.
Claire also admitted singing without anyone seeing her was her dream.
She shared: "Oh yes. I absolutely love the show and have watched every season avidly. I’m a huge fan of the show and the idea of being able to sing without anyone being able to see me is my dream come true."
It comes after Katherine Ryan was revealed to be Pigeon during last week's show.
The comedienne had joked the show was a great way to teach children to lie, as her daughter Violet had asked if it was her in the first week, but she didn't want to spill the secret and thus kept the news away from her family.
"She was excited," says Katherine of her daughter's reaction to the unmasking, "First livid... then excited. My teenager thought it was ridiculous that I lied to her – and that I got away with lying to her.
"I said, ‘No, I’m here and I’m pregnant... I can’t possibly be the pigeon. It’s not me. And I don’t lie’. She took me at my word."
Katherine wowed with a performance of Fight For This Love, and was heavily pregnant at the time of filming. However, she admitted at no point she was nervous - and in fact she enjoyed the "solitude" of being a part of the show.
She said: "I’m not capable of getting nervous. I don’t know why. It was certainly harder to sing and breathe being pregnant and inside the costume, but it wasn’t claustrophobic for me or uncomfortable at all. I quite enjoyed the solitude in there. I was just excited to perform, and they say that being nervous and being excited are very similar emotions chemically."
