Knicks guard OG Anunoby made a return to the starting lineup in Friday's game against the Chicago Bulls after being sidelined for nine games due to discomfort in his right elbow. Anunoby, who was acquired in a trade with the Toronto Raptors, has been a key player for the Knicks this season, with the team boasting an impressive 15-2 record when he is on the court.

Known for his length, wing defending skills, offensive versatility, shooting ability, and adeptness at moving without the ball, Anunoby brings a well-rounded skill set to the team. Knicks coach Tom Thibodeau highlighted Anunoby's capability to guard multiple positions and play various roles on the offensive end, making him a valuable asset for the team.

Despite his contributions, Anunoby has been limited to just three games since January 27, making his return to the lineup a significant moment for the Knicks as they continue their push for a higher seed in the Eastern Conference standings. Currently occupying the No.5 seed, the Knicks are closely trailing the Cleveland Cavaliers by just half a game for the coveted No.3 spot.
