Klay Thompson and his Golden State Warriors teammates are in New York City. They are preparing for Thursday’s game against the impressive New York Knicks. On Wednesday, Thompson shared an image of him in the city, overlooking part of the skyline.
The veteran sharpshooter captioned the image with “I love this place” and cut a happy figure in the picture. The Warriors are preparing for the first night of a back-to-back that will see them face the Toronto Raptors on Friday.
Thompson will likely continue in his new role on the Warriors bench, allowing head coach Steve Kerr to get a better look at his potential partnership with Chris Paul.
Thompson recently spoke of his change in mindset. Judging by the photograph he shared, it’s clear he’s enjoying the final stages of his career.
Klay’s in good spirits. That’s good for the team.
