A small black kitten is "recovering well" from cat flu with the DSPCA after being found on the Green Line Luas tracks.
The kitten was found by a member of the public on the green line track near Dundrum on Monday, March 27. He has since been taken to the DSPCA, where he was named "Sharpie".
Unfortunately, Sharpie was not microchipped, and no owners have come forward to claim him since he was found last week. Gillian Bird from the DSPCA told Dublin Live that the kitten is recovering from the cat flu but is "doing well".

Meanwhile, the DSPCA is appealing for foster homes for the animals in their care. The organisation currently has 101 animals in foster homes and is calling out to anyone who can help and become a DSPCA Foster to please register now.
"Fostering is incredibly rewarding," she said. "We understand that returning a foster pet can be emotional but we always remind our foster families of the amazing work that they are doing & that we'll always have another little rescue that needs their foster love & care."
