Kirsty Gallacher has shared a throwback photo from when she appeared on The Games – as the new series started last night.
The TV presenter, 46, was a celebrity contestant on the original format of the show, which aired on Channel 4 from 2003 to 2006.
She was crowned champion of series three alongside Brookside and Benidorm star Philip Olivier.
Posting a snap of their winning moment, alongside more of her cycling, swimming and doing gymnastics, Kirsty wrote: “Forgive me for feeling nostalgic & sharing these photos from ‘The Games’ all those years ago!
“It’s funny revisiting & watching the series return this week on @ itv 20 years on.
“It was one of the most fabulous experiences to take part in, but bloody hard work for a non-athlete, as sporty as I was! To win it was quite something else.”

Fans and celeb pals were quick to comment on the throwback post, with pal Gabby Logan saying: “You look the same” followed by a heart eyes and flame emoji.
Sky Sports presenter Natalie Pinkham commented: “You haven’t aged a day, you little beaut.”
One of Kirsty’s 363,000 Instagram followers chimed in: “You have not aged, never say those photos were 20yrs ago. Fair play to you... I age by the minute.”
Another said: “You haven’t changed a bit. Still FIT!”
A third fan reminisced: “You were amazing and absolutely smashed it Kirsty. Remember watching you on it back then and cheering you on to win.”
“I remember watching it at the time, Kirsty! You looked good, even when in a swin cap!” a fourth added.
The new series of The Games returned to TV last night – this time on ITV – and is hosted by Holly Willoughby and Freddie Flintoff.
Celebrities taking part include Coronation Street stars Ryan Thomas and Colson Smith, The Wanted singer Max George, former Strictly Come Dancing star Kevin Clifton and Emmerdale star Rebecca Sarker, who plays Manpreet Sharma in the ITV soap.
Harry Potter star Josh Herdman, Paddy McGuiness’ wife Christine, Mel B’s daughter Phoenix and singer-songwriter Chelcee Grimes, who has penned songs for Kylie and Dua Lipa, also star.
Reality TV regulars Olivia Atwood and Wes Anderson, plus ITV newsreader Lucrezia Millarini complete the line-up.
But the first episode didn’t go down well with fans – with some switching off after just six minutes as the 90-minute show only featured six minutes of live competition.
Although Holly and Freddie showed off their fun sides by jumping into the pool at the London Aquatics Centre fully clothes at the end of the live show.
• The Games airs on ITV every night at 9pm until May 19
