Kirkcudbright Knitting Group recently handed over their latest batch of hats to Massive Outpouring of Love (MOOL) to help support the charity’s work with displaced people.
The group, who are long-time supporters of MOOL, had knitted more than 50 hats.
MOOL treasurer Christine Jardine welcomed Sue Westbrook, who delivered the hats, asking her to thank the ladies who had devoted their time to making them, saying they will be much appreciated.
Christine said: “These hats will be sent where the need is greatest.
“We have just sent a shipment to our partners down south for onward shipment to Calais.
“We hope to send a shipment to Lebanon soon in combination with another group.
