Former Michigan State legend quarterback Kirk Cousins had himself a massive game on Thursday Night Football.
Cousins put on arguably one of his best career performances in a Thursday Night Football victory for the Atlanta Falcons over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Cousins threw for 509 yards and four touchdowns in the win. One of his four touchdown passes came in overtime from 45 yards out to seal the victory.
With the win, Cousins and the Falcons have moved into first place of the NFC South Division. This is Cousins’ first season with the Falcons, who are now 3-2 overall.
