Kingsley Coman has become the latest player in a long line of world-class talents to hail the Celtic Park atmosphere - with the Bayern Munich winger dubbing Parkhead as 'incredible'
The Frenchman played at Celtic Park back in October 2017, scoring the opener for the Bavarians before the Hoops pulled a goal back through Callum McGregor. Bayern went on to win the game with Javi Martinez scoring a late winner, which all but ended any hopes Brendan Rodgers' men qualifying for the knockout stages.
But despite the result being the opposite of what Celtic fans wanted, they created a real racket and produced some incredible decibel levels when McGregor tucked away the equaliser - which Coman noted, calling the atmosphere on that night in Glasgow 'incredible'.
He told The Times: "I really like Celtic Park. We played against Celtic in the Champions League, in Scotland. It was incredible, with the play of lights at the start. It was very noisy."
Coman isn't the first to highlight his adoration for the east end of Glasgow - famous players including Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paolo Maldini have also hyped up the atmosphere created on those famous Champions League nights.
