On a day when all 30 NBA teams will be in action, the Golden State Warriors will welcome Northern California rival, the Sacramento Kings, to Chase Center on Monday night.
Coming off a five-game road trip that featured five consecutive losses, the Warriors will wipe the slate clean after two days off on Monday night against the Kings.
Monday’s contest will be the second time the Warriors have met the Kings during the young 2022-23 season. The Warriors registered a 130-125 victory over the Kings in the third game of the season. Since their win over the Kings, the Warriors have posted a 1-6 record.
Heading into San Francisco, the Kings are coming off an overtime win over the Magic led by a heroic performance from De’Aaron Fox. The Kentucky product buried a deep jumper from near midcourt as time expired to give the Kings their third win.
