Royal fans around the world have been glued to their television screens today to watch the historic Coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla.
The momentous occasion saw the pair joined by famous faces, world leaders and fellow members of the royal family as they were crowned at Westminster Abbey. Charles and Camilla were cheered on by thousands of fans lining the streets of London as they made their way to the ceremony in the Diamond Jubilee State Coach.
The occasion was a huge spectacle, with readings, songs and regal traditions aplenty, before the royals brought the day to a close with an appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony. But one part of the Coronation ceremony left viewers baffled as they spotted what looked like 'spare Camillas' - the Queen Consort herself, and the two women walking ahead of the monarchs who bore a striking resemblance to the former Mrs Parker Bowles, The Mirror reports.

The two women in question were the Queen's Coronation Companions - and it's not surprising that the lady on the right looks familiar to Camilla given that she is her sister, Annabel Elliot. But those watching at home couldn't help but crack a joke about the resemblance between the three women.
Broadcaster Nicola Thorp joked on Twitter alongside a screenshot showing the two companions, who sported similar blonde hairstyles and white dresses just like the newly crowned Queen: "Nice to see they brought two spare Camillas just in case."
Camilla's sister Annabel, 74, is an interior designer and antiques expert. The other lookalike is Fiona Mary Petty-Fitzmaurice, the Marchioness of Lansdowne, who has served as one of six Queen's Companions to Queen Camilla since 2022. As the Twitter post comparing the trio went viral, many commented that they had thought the same thing as they tuned into the Coronation ceremony.
One person replied: "Hahahaha I said this - they've got the Camilla look."
Another said: "I thought the one on the right was actually Camilla."
"Haha thanks for the giggle," shared a third.
Someone else wrote: "This tweet just made me howl with laughter."
The moment wasn't the only thing that left viewers amused as they watched the historic event unfold. Five-year-old Prince Louis was dubbed a "little icon" and a "legend" for his characteristically cheeky antics in Westminster Abbey, after being spotted fidgeting, yawning, and staring up at the ceiling as his grandfather was crowned.
The young prince even disappeared completely for a stretch of the two-hour ceremony, as TV footage showed that he was no longer sitting in the front row. Louis returned for the national anthem at the end of the ceremony - but accidentally belted out 'God Save The Queen' at the end of the song, much to the delight of royal fans watching at home.
