King Kenny vs Faze Temperrr loser will forfeit purse to winner of YouTube boxing fight

The loser of the YouTube boxing match between social media stars 'King' Kenny Ojuederie and Faze clan's Thomas 'Temperrr' Oliveira will forfeit their purse to the winner.

The social media stars share a combined following of over five million fans, and will square off in the co-main event of tomorrow's Showstar Boxing event at the OVO Arena Wembley.

And they have agreed to an unprecedented stipulation where the winner of the fight will be given the loser's purse as a forfeit, meaning there is a chance Oliveira will have flown from Los Angeles to London for nothing.

Neither man would disclose the amount of their purse to Mirror Fighting , but it is expected to be in the six figures given both men's popularity as social media stars.

"Do you think we would lie?" Temperrr responded when asked about if the stipulation was legitimate by Mirror Fighting at last night's press conference.

"I heard this guy was either 5'10 or 6-foot but people early on were telling me he was 5'8" but I'm actually happy that he's taller because I don't want an opponent with a disadvantage when I win.

"I've been training martial arts for about half my life, boxing is more of a recent thing."

And Ojuederie, whose family includes a number of professional fighters, is excited at the prospect of sending his rival back to America empty-handed.

The pair's fight will take place over five rounds of two minutes, with each fighter wearing 12oz gloves and no headgear according to Showstar officials.

"He's going to have come all the way here and go back home having lost and got no money," the Brit joked to Mirror Fighting. "I can't disclose how much but it's decent.

"He's been in martial arts here and there but at the end of the day he can't use his feet in boxing so all of that goes out of the window on Saturday night.

"My family, all of my brothers are professional boxers so I've been around the sport for a while."

And the London native believes he will stop the Brazilian in four rounds in front of a massive hometown crowd at the iconic Wembley arena, which officials expect to be sold out.

"I'm going to outbox him and finish him in round four," he added. "I want to take a few days off and then get back in the gym.

"The crowd's not on his side, at the end of the day he's coming to the UK so that's kind of how it happens."

Tickets are on sale now at showstarboxing.com and via AXS for Showstar Boxing 2022, which will be headlined by Deji vs Alex Wassabi.

If you're outside of the UK, you can watch the fight on PPV via the Showstar website for £6.99.
