King Charles III and his siblings took part in the Vigil of the Princes on Monday evening at St Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh.
The King led his siblings Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, and Prince Edward in the vigil, which saw the four siblings gathered around Queen Elizabeth II's coffin.
Shortly before 8pm, the four bowed their heads in silence with their backs to their mother.

Princess Anne and Prince Edward were wearing their military uniforms, which they previously wore to the service at the cathedral on Monday morning.
The Vigil of the Princes lasted approximately ten minutes, after which the King and his siblings left the cathedral.
The Queen will lie in state in the cathedral until 3pm on Tuesday, after which her coffin will be flown to London.
As reported by Edinburgh Live, mourners began queuing early on Monday to see the Queen's coffin's lie in rest.
Thousands of people from across the UK are currently in line to pay their respects. Earlier today ScotRail announced that it would run an overnight service on Monday for those who wished to travel from Glasgow to file past the coffin.
