King Charles and Prince William lay wreaths at Cenotaph to mark Remembrance Day

King Charles marked Remembrance Day by laying a poppy wreath at the Cenotaph in London, as he joined the annual ceremony dedicated to remembering the fallen.

He was joined by the Prince and Princess of Wales, however, Queen Camilla remains at home recovering from a chest infection.

The King wore military uniform as he led a two-minute silence across the nation, as former prime ministers including Rishi Sunak, Boris Johnson, Tony Blair, and Liz Truss watched on.

Prince William, Keir Starmer, and Kemi Badenoch also laid wreaths at the scene.
